1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of DashSim, available at dashboardsimulator.com.

DashSim is an online service used to generate dashboard simulations (for example Shopify) for demonstrations and presentations.

Creating an account or using the service means you fully accept these terms.

2. Account registration

Access to the service requires creating a user account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.

You are solely responsible for activity performed through your account. In case of unauthorized use, contact DashSim immediately at [email protected].

3. Service description and offers

DashSim is a simulator: you buy a personal, non-exclusive online right of access to the simulator(s) of your choice, with no physical delivery. Depending on the simulator, it can be used on a phone (installable app), on a computer, or both; availability is shown on each product page before purchase.

Depending on the simulator, DashSim offers 24h access, lifetime access, or both. For example, for the Shopify simulator:

• 24h access (€17.99): full access to the dashboard simulator for 24 hours after purchase.
• Lifetime access (€49.99): permanent unlimited access including future updates.

Some simulators (for example Apple Wallet and iPhone Camera) are offered with lifetime access only. The available offer is always shown on the product page before payment.

All Access is a lifetime offer that gives you, in a single purchase, access to all the simulators listed on the offer page at the time of purchase, together with their notifications where they exist. DashSim may also offer other bundles: their content and price are shown before payment.

The service lets you customize displayed data (store name, revenue, visitors, etc.) and view the result as a simulated dashboard.

4. Pricing, payment and access after purchase

Payment is made online through the secure Stripe checkout. Prices are displayed in your local currency for convenience; the exact amount and billing details are shown before payment. No recurring subscription is applied.

Once payment is confirmed, access is activated on your DashSim account: sign in with the account used for the purchase and open the simulator from your account. For phone simulators, the app is installed on your phone’s home screen.

DashSim may change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.

5. Withdrawal right

If you are a consumer, you generally have 14 days from purchase to withdraw from a distance contract, without having to give a reason.

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right no longer applies once performance has started with your prior express consent and you have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). This rule only applies if you have given that consent and acknowledgement; otherwise your withdrawal right applies normally.

To withdraw, write to [email protected] stating the email address used for the purchase. You will then be refunded within the time limits set by law. These terms never limit your statutory right of withdrawal.

6. Refunds

In case of a technical problem or malfunction, contact support at [email protected] and describe the problem you encountered. For a bug, screenshots or videos may be requested so that we can identify and fix it.

DashSim does what is necessary to identify and fix the problem quickly: this is our usual procedure. If the problem persists or the solution offered does not suit you, a refund may be made, in accordance with the rights you have as a consumer.

For any refund request, please provide the email address used for the purchase and the reason for your request.

This procedure does not prevent you from requesting a refund at any time and does not limit your statutory rights in any way.

7. Legal guarantees

As a consumer, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity that applies to digital content and digital services. If the service does not conform to what was sold, you can have it brought into conformity or, under the conditions set by law, obtain a price reduction or terminate the contract.

These terms neither replace nor limit these guarantees, nor the mandatory consumer-protection rights of the country where you live.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully and in accordance with these terms. It is strictly forbidden to:

• Use generated dashboards for fraudulent, deceptive or illegal purposes.
• Impersonate a merchant or company to deceive third parties.
• Bypass security controls or access unauthorized features.
• Resell, redistribute or share your account access.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the service.

DashSim declines responsibility for how generated dashboards are used; users assume full responsibility for usage.

9. Service availability

DashSim aims to keep the service available 24/7. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or force majeure events.

DashSim does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and cannot be held liable for temporary downtime.

10. Intellectual property

DashSim, its source code, design and content are protected by intellectual property law. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive right of use limited to your access duration.

Third-party trademarks (Shopify, Stripe, etc.) belong to their respective owners. DashSim is not affiliated with these companies.

11. Suspension and termination

DashSim may suspend or terminate user access without notice or compensation in case of terms violation or abusive use.

12. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". DashSim does not guarantee that the service will be error-free. DashSim liability is limited to the amount paid for service access.

DashSim cannot be held liable for indirect damages, data loss, profit loss or non-material damages resulting from service use or inability to use. These limitations do not apply where the law prohibits them, in particular with regard to consumers’ statutory rights.

13. Terms modifications

DashSim may update these terms at any time. Users will be informed of substantial changes. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, after an amicable attempt, French courts have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory rules that protect consumers, including those of the country where you live.
