Fake Stripe Dashboard for creators & agencies
Searches for fake stripe and stripe dashboard simulator are rising. A live screenshot looks fake; Figma does not move; an app mockup waits on the store. DashSim ships Home, Balances and Transactions in the browser. Format grid: comparison hub.
Simulator, mockup and generator
A DashSim Stripe simulator is an interactive mockup and a generator for volume, payments and balances — not a screenshot. Built for training, pitches and content.
What you simulate
- Gross / net volume
- Succeeded, uncaptured or refunded payments
- Balances and activity
Your figures survive a page refresh — unlike an Inspect Element edit.
Mobile notifications (lifetime) replay payment alerts. Language and currency are set from your account.
Fake Stripe screenshots for funnels and social proof
Most people who search for a fake Stripe screenshot want one thing: a clean image or clip of a Stripe dashboard to drop into a landing page, a VSL, a testimonial slide or a course module. DashSim gives you a complete fake Stripe dashboard to capture instead of a stock image. Open the simulator, set your figures from the remote, then screenshot or record the screen you need:
- Home — the “Today” block with gross volume against the compare day, the hourly chart, the balance card and the payouts card. The classic revenue screenshot.
- Balances — available vs pending funds, the instant-payouts card and the recent payouts table. The “money is really there” screenshot.
- Transactions — the payments list with status badges, card brands, customer emails and dates. The screenshot that shows activity, not just a total.
For a clean capture: pick the date range before you shoot (Today, Last 7 days, Last 4 weeks, Month to date, Quarter to date or a custom range), set the account name and currency once from the remote, close the remote panel, then use your OS screenshot tool or a screen recorder at 100% zoom. Fonts, spacing and colours are those of the real dashboard, so the capture holds at full resolution and in a video zoom-in.
The line we do not cross: a simulator is not proof of anything. Use these captures for demos, tutorials, mockups and content. Do not use DashSim to make someone believe you have funds, sales, a balance or an income you do not have, and never present a screenshot or a recording as a payment confirmation, receipt or statement. That use breaches our Terms — see how we keep DashSim fun and harmless.
What the fake Stripe dashboard shows
Only what exists in the simulator, nothing invented. Three screens, all driven by the same figures:
- Home › Today: a metric selector (gross volume, net volume, successful payments, new customers), today’s total against a compare day you pick in a date picker (yesterday by default), an hour-by-hour chart, the balance card in your currency and the payouts card with its “scheduled for tomorrow” hint.
- Home › Your overview: date range and day/week granularity chips, a Payments rollup (succeeded, uncaptured, refunded, blocked, failed), gross volume and net volume charts with previous-period comparison and percentage delta, failed payments, new customers, top customers by amount spent and successful payments.
- Balances: header amount, Pay out / Add funds / Manage payouts buttons, the balance summary (pending vs available), recent activity with Payouts, Top-ups and All activity tabs (amount, Paid badge, recipient, type, arrival date), the instant-payouts card, automatic payouts set to daily and the monthly report links.
- Transactions: Payments / Payouts / Top-ups / All activity tabs, status cards with counts (All, Succeeded, Refunded, Disputed, Failed, Uncaptured), filter chips and a paginated table with amount, currency, status badge, payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Link, Klarna with the last four digits), description, customer, date, refund date and decline reason.
Everything in those lists is editable from the DashSim remote: today’s and compare-day gross volume and payment counts (with an optional hour-by-hour breakdown), balance and payouts, period gross and net volume, new customers, each line of the Payments card, the top-customers list, the failed-payments list, available / pending / instant balances, payout rows, status counts and every payment row. Account name, interface language and currency are set from the same panel. Customers and Product catalog appear in the sidebar as on Stripe but are not interactive pages, and there is no subscriptions or MRR module — do not plan a “subscriptions” screenshot.
Simulator vs browser extension vs chart generator
Three kinds of tools answer the query “fake Stripe dashboard”, and they are not interchangeable.
- Browser extension: an overlay injected into the real dashboard.stripe.com. You need a real Stripe login, the extension must be installed and enabled, and the numbers vanish as soon as the overlay is off or the page reloads without it. It also leaves a real account one click away from your audience.
- Chart or revenue generator: outputs a single image or a styled widget. Fine for one static graphic; useless the moment you need to scroll, switch a date range or open Balances and Transactions on camera.
- DashSim, a standalone Stripe dashboard simulator: a full clone of the three screens running in your browser. No Stripe account, no extension, nothing installed on a real dashboard. Your figures are saved in the browser and survive a refresh, a closed tab or a new session, and the same values flow through Home, Balances and Transactions so the screens agree with one another.
If you only need one picture, a generator may do. If you need a recording, a live pitch, a training session or several consistent screenshots, you need the simulator.
Realistic numbers: gross, net, refunds and payout timing
A fake Stripe dashboard is only convincing if the figures hold together the way a payment processor’s would. A few rules the remote makes easy to respect:
- Net below gross. Net volume is gross minus fees and refunds. When you type a gross figure, DashSim pre-fills net at about 92% of it; adjust it, but keep net under gross.
- Refunded, uncaptured, blocked and failed stay small. On the Payments card, succeeded should dominate; a few percent refunded or failed reads as a healthy account, 30% does not. Keep the Transactions status counts coherent with that split.
- Balances follow the volume. Pending plus available should sit in the range of the last few days of net volume, and the instant-payouts amount stays within the funds shown in the summary.
- Payout timing. The Home card says the next payout is scheduled for tomorrow and Balances shows automatic payouts set daily, so recent payouts should be dated day by day with “Paid” badges, amounts close to a day of net volume, and an arrival date on or after the payout date.
- Compare day and previous period. Growth percentages are computed from the compare values you enter. +38% day over day looks like a launch; +400% looks like a typo.
Use “Fill from General” on each remote tab to seed everything from one gross volume and one number of payments, then fine-tune.

FAQ
Does it connect to my Stripe account?
No. Visual simulation only — no merchant API.
Is it a simulator, a mockup or a generator?
All three: a Stripe dashboard simulator, a faithful mockup, and an editable fake-payment generator.
Bundle with Shopify?
Yes — Shopify + Stripe lifetime on the product pages.
Where is 24h and lifetime pricing?
On /product/stripe. This guide explains how it works; it is not checkout.
Can I use it for Stripe screenshots?
Yes. Set your figures from the remote, open Home, Balances or Transactions and capture the screen with your OS tool or a recorder: you get a fake Stripe screenshot at real resolution, fonts and spacing. Use it for demos, tutorials, mockups and content — never as proof of funds, income or a payment to a buyer, an investor or a platform.
Is it a Stripe browser extension?
No. DashSim is a standalone Stripe dashboard simulator that runs in the browser. Nothing is installed on the real dashboard.stripe.com, no Stripe login is needed, and your numbers persist after a refresh instead of disappearing with an overlay.
Do my numbers stay after a refresh?
Yes. Your figures are saved in the browser. Reload the page, close the tab, come back later — the dashboard still shows your numbers. Unlike an Inspect Element edit, nothing resets when you hit refresh.
