DashSim provides a dashboard simulation service for demonstration and presentation purposes. Generated dashboards are not official reproductions and are not affiliated with simulated brands (Shopify, Stripe, etc.).

DashSim is an independent tool. Brand names, logos, and interfaces reproduced for simulation purposes (Shopify, Stripe, etc.) are the property of their respective owners. DashSim is neither affiliated with, approved by, nor sponsored by these entities.

Prohibited Use: The user agrees to use simulations generated by DashSim only for educational, training, or audiovisual production purposes. Any use intended to deceive third parties, falsify official documents, or promote fraudulent activities is strictly prohibited. DashSim disclaims all liability in case of malicious use of visuals generated by its platform.

DashSim cannot be held liable for how users use generated dashboards. Users are solely responsible for their use of the service.

6. Cookies

The website uses strictly necessary cookies for service operation (authentication, user session), analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads, TikTok Pixel), and cookies set by embedded YouTube videos and the Chatway chat widget. Details and how to refuse them are given in the privacy policy (section 3).

7. Governing law

This legal notice is governed by French law. In case of dispute, and failing amicable resolution, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
