LARP Dashboard Simulator
A LARP dashboard is a simulated screen filled with numbers you choose. DashSim is the simulator behind those screens: fictional metrics for videos, demos, training and mockups. No real store, wallet or payment account is connected.
What is a LARP dashboard?
LARP started as an acronym for Live Action Role-Playing: a game where people act out a character in a physical space. On the internet, especially in US slang, the word is also used more loosely for role-play — performing a situation or identity that is not actually yours. That slang is common in memes and online culture. It is not the only meaning of the word.
In creator and product circles, a LARP dashboard is the screen version of that idea: a fictional dashboard, built so a video, a pitch or a class can show an interface without opening a live account. The data is simulated. It is for content, demos, mockups, training, audiovisual work and entertainment.
LARP dashboard simulator
DashSim is a dashboard simulator. You set the figures, and the interface updates. A few of the screens people ask about in this slang:
- Shopify, for a store admin
- Stripe, for payments and balances
- Revo, for a banking app
- Phantom, for a crypto wallet
- FOMO, for a trading app
- Whop, for creator earnings and affiliates
Each of those already has its own page. This one only explains the LARP wording and points you to the right simulator.
LARP Shopify dashboard
Some people search for a LARP Shopify dashboard when they want a store admin that looks active, with sales and orders they control, for a video or a client demo. The dedicated page is the Shopify dashboard simulator. That page is the one that explains the Shopify screens. This page does not replace it.
LARP Stripe dashboard
A LARP Stripe dashboard means the same thing for payments: a simulated Stripe view, not a merchant login and not a charge. See the Stripe dashboard simulator for Home, Balances and Transactions. Nothing is sent to Stripe.
LARP wallets
A LARP wallet, in crypto and social-media slang, is a wallet screen whose balance is staged or simulated. It is not a connected wallet and it cannot send coins. DashSim’s version of that screen is the Phantom wallet simulator: you edit the numbers, and no wallet is linked.
LARP trading simulator
The same idea shows up around trading apps. A trading simulator can show charts, a portfolio and buy or sell actions that never reach an exchange. DashSim’s screen for that is the FOMO trading simulator. Prices on screen are fictional data for the demo. No real trade is placed.
Simulation only
Every screen here uses fictional data. There is no real transaction, no real wallet balance, and no connection to a live Shopify, Stripe, Revo or Phantom account. DashSim is a simulator for demos, content, creative work, training and entertainment.
Revo’s own guide is the Revo simulator.
